This isn’t just another product on the shelf. It’s pasta with a story — one that begins in our fields and ends on your plate.
Our farm-grown wheat pasta starts its journey right here at Ardross.
We grow the wheat ourselves, carefully managing it through the seasons before harvesting and drying it on the farm. It’s then milled into a beautifully rustic white flour, retaining character, flavour, and a real sense of place.
This flour is what gives our pasta its unique texture and taste — a true reflection of the land it comes from.
Great ingredients need great skill.
We’ve worked closely with Ivano to transform our flour into artisan handmade pasta, crafted with care and expertise. Every batch is made to bring out the best in the wheat — simple, honest, and full of flavour.
The result is high-quality Scottish pasta that cooks beautifully and holds sauces exactly as it should.
