Ardross Farm Shop, Elie, Fife KY9 1EU

Salary:
£18,000+ depending on experience plus benefits

Job Type:
Permanent upon successful completion of probationary period.

Hours:
5 days per week over 7 days between 8am and 6pm.

We are a multi award winning family run farm shop based in the East Neuk of Fife providing quality local food. We are looking for someone with a passion for food, people and customer service to join our team to help us reach our potential.

The role entails the following:

• Responsible for delivering and maintaining our first class customer service in every aspect of the retail shop.
• Responsible for team management.
• Identification and awareness of customer needs at all times.
• Motivating staff to deliver optimum performance.
• Dealing with customer enquiries.
• Serving customers.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the outlet, inside and out, at all times.
• Managing deliveries from suppliers.
• Working within guidelines to ensure effective store merchandising.
• Ensure that Food Hygiene standards are compiled with at all times, and enforces exceptional uniform and personal presentation.
