We are very excited to have another fantastic product added to our range in the shop. Produced in Loch Carnan, on the Hebridean Island of South Uist, Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon is easily one of the best we have tasted.

Salar Smoked Salmon - Picture of salmonIt’s unique and distinctive flavour and texture is totally different from traditional cold smoked salmon. It is ready to serve and is perfect for a starter or a main course whatever the occasion- and makes seriously good sandwiches. It is also very versatile and can be flaked and used in cooked dishes, just add your own creative and imaginative skills in its serving!

With more awards than you can count on both hands Salar is also one of Rick Stein's Food Hero's.
